His level of knowledge is truly impressive; he doesn't just teach you how to pass the test, but how to be a genuinely safe and confident driver. He has a fantastic way of explaining complex maneuvers that made everything click for me instantly. I also appreciated how incredibly accommodating he was. He was always flexible with scheduling, which was a huge help for my routine, and he maintained such a calm, encouraging environment in the car. Shai is an incredible driving instructor. He's very patient, as I was a very slow learner. I had previous instructors who had difficulty teaching me how to park.
